Refund policy

Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 12, 2024

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns if a product arrives damaged or broken. To qualify for a return, please follow these steps:

1. Take a clear photograph of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in.

2. Contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order at info@bardandbloom.com with your photos and order details.

3. Once we review your request, we will either remake/replace your order (and resend at no additional shipping charge to you) or issue a refund to the original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Please note:

• Minor variations in colour, size, or placement of designs are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return or refund. We make this stuff ourselves in our home workshop.

• Returns or refunds cannot be processed for custom orders where incorrect information or images were provided by the customer.

We, of course, want happy clients, so all reasonable requests will be handled.
